Landscape Painter
Being a full-time artist was a dream of mine all the years I worked in a cubical. Since Fall of 2001, I have been able to pursue that dream thanks to the support and encouragement of my wife, kids, family and friends. Landscape painting is my main focus as it challenges me to convey the emotions they so powerfully offer, while creating positive images that invite the viewer into the picture. Thankfully, I learned early in my art career, talent is not enough and I've been fortunate to study with nationally recognized artists. It is my pleasure to personally meet the people who enjoy my original paintings at public showings, in my studio or while painting on location outdoors.
